What you'll do
- Own a 0→1 product slice from research to rollout.
- Observe student sessions, gather qualitative insights, and establish meaningful learning success metrics.
- Create product specifications and requirements documents while coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Iterate rapidly during pilot programs and communicate findings on student outcomes.
What we're looking for
- Prior experience in product management, founding, research, or building through ambiguity.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools including SQL, analytics platforms, or analytical spreadsheets.
- Ability to explain AI system behavior in accessible language for diverse stakeholders.
- Strong experimental mindset paired with decisive action orientation.
