Design scrappy AI-driven workflows using automation tools to optimize team efficiency.
What you'll do
- Analyze end-to-end processes to identify and fix operational bottlenecks.
- Create automations using Gumloop, Zapier, Retool, or Python scripts that integrate AI models and APIs.
- Add monitoring, documentation, and safeguards so workflows remain manageable for the whole team.
- Collaborate across product, support, and go-to-market teams to reduce manual work.

- Strong attention to system reliability through alerts and documentation.
