Design scrappy AI-driven workflows that keep Aristotle running smoothly—connecting data sources, automations, and humans so we can teach more students with fewer clicks.

What you'll do

• Analyze end-to-end processes to identify and fix operational bottlenecks.
• Build automations that streamline company operations across the team.
• Add monitoring, documentation, and safeguards so workflows remain manageable for the whole team.
• Collaborate across product, support, and go-to-market teams to reduce manual work.

What we're looking for

• Shipped projects using data, APIs, or workflow builders.
• Strong attention to system reliability through alerts and documentation.
• Excel at translating complex systems into clear visuals and written explanations.
• Thrive as a connector between technical and non-technical teams.
